In idle the handlebars and front fenders shake pretty bad. Don't notice it when I'm riding though.

Any ideas of what I should check?

Thanks

I assume you've checked your motor mounts ?

Honestly havent even had a chance to look at it yet. Figured that would be the first place to check. Just looking for any ideas for once I get started.

Could an incorrectly gapped spark plug cause it. I changed it but didnt have a manual. Went off of what the old one is gapped. Think I set it at .027-.028 and the manual says .03-.04.

Well I'm not big on engine diagnosis but I would think an improperly gapped plug would make it miss but it would more intermittent.

Maybe check your valve adjustment.
