Well the main difference is whether or not you are going to go oversized on the tires(will give you more torque to turn them).
And considering that both links are the same(i just figured you were comparing the stock tires to oversized) I dont think you could go wrong with either ;D
I went with the stock sized tire kit myself and love the added torque that you get. You will lose about 4 mph on top end speed with the epi kit.

so it will only run about 50 mph after the epi????
One says its for taller tires, and I'm wanting to run stock, for the sportier stance, so i was wondering if the one for larger tires would give me a lil more top end???
the link looks the same, but its diffrent model numbers, I may just try to contact them...

the one with taller tires would probably drag your top speed down even furhter, due to adding more low end torque to turn the taller tires. But the tires make up a little for the top speed if you go taller.
I would seriously consider the hauck clutch machinework if you dont want to lose any top speed.

Just my opinion i'm not to concerned with top speed so what if i can only go 50 instead of 54 it's very rare i get going that fast on the trails anyways. can anyone compare how the hauk and EPI compare when it comes to low and mid. i'm thinking more torque would be better for mud and trail riding ect. but thats just me.

Not too many people have the hauck yet, and I dont know if anybody has switched from the EPI to Hauck, or the other way around....so I doubt anybody has really lined the two up against eachother to see how they compare. I'm happy with how mine performes....it smokes my buddies wolverine 450 from start to finish, and I beat his Grizzly 700 from 0-55...no complaints from me.
