And also, The stock tires are the tube lookin ones, anyways, Im lookin into buyin these used 18x10-8 razr's with rims. The stocks are 20x10-9. From the different sizes, would anything mess up or go wrong? Would it ride better with the flatter tires?

Stock size is 22x11x9. It would not be a good idea to install 8" rims, because you will limit your tire choices later. Also 18" is small for trail riding, I would stay with the 20x10x9. A flatter profile tire will handle and corner much better than the rounder balloon style tires.
