it might b a leak,
If u can remove the piston, and connect your compressor up to it somehow(with fluid in lines) you should find the leak, or the problem may b the piston, cylinder or housing.
do u think it could b a actual"brake" problem
see if u can "make" it leak somewhere

all the chinese 150 pretty much use the same rear brake assy, my guess would be the master cylinder, but for the price of buying just the master cylinder you can get the whole brake assy, already bled ready to go, here's just one place complete assy . TRY MotoSportspart.com

i haven't seen a chinese 150cc atv with a rear foot brake, only hand brakes. i've seen them on smaller and larger atv's but not the 150's sorry, oh well. here's another link for baja parts, they don't show all parts for you baja because they sell parts for just about all chinese atv so you're haft to e-mail them and ask

Call them, tell them what your are looking for. I don't know why they don't have a parts catalog for the 150 listed, they do have the owners manual though. In fact they took off a lot of the parts catalogs. They used to have one for every bike they sold. Honestly, I think the company that makes Baja over in China is having problems. My Commando 250 (Baja Wilderness 250) is made by them. The guy sent me a pdf file of ANY part I would ever need for it. Problem is, If a part is "on back order" that means, don't hold your breath. I have a gear box on back order for that bike since mid-February. (as does half the country). I keep callin, they keep saying they have no way to contact the factory to see if or when it will be manufactured. I had to disassemble my gearbox and make it a forward only atv. I have no reverse or neutral. So I wait, one day maybe I will get my gearbox...maybe.
Good luck.

Well, sorry they weren't any help to you. That is the whole problem with Chinese quads....Finding the parts. Unfortunately the gear box I need I can only find from them and a company in Philadelphia. Black top MS
But guess what...they are out of stock too. I'm sure they probably get the part straight from Baja motorsports also. Its the same gear box and its $100 more on the Black Top site. Apparently this part is notorious for wearing out on these machines. They came out with a "new" version that works better. Only thing is Nobody seems to be able to find out whats up with the company over in China. Now with the big earthquake they had over there, I dunno, If the companies aren't in ruin, I assume that making parts for our ATVs is the last thing on their minds.
Well good luck to you.
