Default Polaris Brush Guard

Hey everyone, I took that free class that you get when you purchase a new ATV and just received the $100 coupon from Polaris. I want to use it for a front brush guard and hand/thumb warmers for my new 08 800 Sporty. Is there a better place to get these on the Internet, or should I just go to my dealer and get it through him? Can I even use that coupon on the Internet or dealer only?

Thanks!
Jeff

I think the coupon says Polaris parts but don't know if it says from Polaris only. I don't think anyone else would take it no matter what it says.

Really? I think I'll sign up. I know they have the free course up here too.

You get a book and answer some questions and do a little riding to make sure you know how. Then you get a certificate and a $100 reward for being educated.

Not to sure if that coupon is for polaris only but sometimes that is something they come up with, so that you will buy there parts.

But for the brush gaurd, I have been looking myself and on ebay I found a front and rear bumper combo for 160 bucks! If I can find the link I will post it up.

So you can take this test at any polaris dealerships?

My understanding is that the coupon is good at polaris dealers only. Someone said that the coupon is for the dealer you bought your machine from, so you may want to read it over.

Bear in mind I'm 2 years out of date and it may have changed. You look online, the address is on the letter that came with the certificate. It will list places all around your area. My dealer doesn't have a track for the driving test, so I went to a place 15 miles away and this guy had classes at his house. It was a little question and answer session in the driveway then a little drive in the back yard. We did that a couple of times on different subjects and that was it. We drove around cones and panic braked or swerved when he said too. His kids were out there too and we all had fun. I would do it again if it was only $10.
