Default Rubicon stuck in gear

Hey everyone, i am new to here and i wanted to see if yall could help me. i have a 2004 rubicon. I sunk it in some deep water. When i got it running it was stuck in 3rd or 4th gear and reverse has like a governer on it. Now its stuck in 1st. It Does go for high to low. The screen is flashing the d1 d2 d3 signs. I have disconnected the battery and the computer. That didnt help anything still doing the same thing. Anbody have an idea of what might be going on?

Well, according to the blinks you indicate, it is giving a current code and an earlier code. Current code is 5 and earlier code is 10. I believe 5 is the Angle sensor system and 10 is the code for Fail-safe relay circuit malfunction. Don't hold me to that. Hondamechanic would have much more knowledge on this than I.

From reading your original post again, I'd say to check the elec. connectors and make sure they are all dry. If these connections get water in them, it can cause this kind of problem.
