I did something stupid. My riding lawn mower got stuck so I thought it'd be a good idea to pull it out w my 05 Suzuki 400ltz. Now she doesn't shift into gear. 1st gear acts like neutral. Can someone plz point me in the right direction. I have a ride next month and I need to fix my quad. Thanks

 

If you put it in first and it sounds like it's in neutral you probably did one of two things: 1) You stripped first gear, or 2) It's not gong into gear at all. Does it work in 2nd gear? If it does you probably stripped 1st gear. If it doesn't the clutch may be damaged.
