Default Hey all you Maine/New Hampshire Guys........

Hey all you Maine guys..... We ought to put together a "Maine Ride" for sometime later this summer. It could be on a sunday in September or something. If there is enough interest, we could all talk it over and come up with a location. If we get a few guys from the forum, and they each bring a buddy or wife/girlfriend, it could be a pretty fun ride. I know we are spread out a little, but I'd sure be willing to travel for a Sunday of new riding. Thoughts?

I will be in Maine from June 20th to August 15th. If it goes on inbetween those dates, I am in.

I'm from West Farmington,ME and always looking for someone to ride with. I live right by the head of the Whistle Stop Trailway(old rr bed) which is a State ATV(and others)trail. Yep Maine is a big state, lots of people don't realize that ME is bigger then ALL the other New England states combined.

It could be on a Saturday.....What ever works. Just for the fun of it, if everyone who is interested would respond with the city or town they are in, I will take a map of Maine and plot each town on it. Then we can see what area is central to everyone, pick a trail, and then we can see how far it would be for everyone. I'll start: Augusta

somewhat off topic - but can those in Maine/NH provide maps to the trails in their area?

how many miles do you all want to go and what kind of riding? these would be somewhat important questions. summer time on a dusty RR bed sucks big time. imo.
