How much horsepower does a 08 Polaris Outlaw IRS with the KTM motor have, stock, does any1 know how many CC's = 1 horse?

There isn't any formula to figure out horsepower from the engine size, so when you think a 500 should be 25% more power than a 400, or a 450 should be 50% more power than a 300, it may or may not be. Bigger is USUALLY more powerful as long as you compare 4-stroke to 4-stroke and 2-stroke to 2-stroke.
