check out motosport.com or denniskirk.com. I get all my stuff from motosport for 2 reasons. one is the free 2 day shipping on orders over $100 and the website will also tell you if its in stock or not.

Alex i don't know if any other barnd's have them standard , but my 2006 AC 400 FIS auto had the aluminum braided brake lines as standard equipment ; i'm not sure if the AC brake lines would work on your quad but you could check them out !

I'm not saying you should buy them from an AC Dealer , but some of the online stores may carry them ; and ebay or one of the ebay stores may carry the right size for your quad cheaper than any Dealer for sure !

Hope this helps ......

Default steel braided brake lines

There has to be a source fot them somewhere because i've seen alot of sport quads dressed up with the aluminum braided brake lines on them , my brother bought a new 2007 Honda street bike that didn't have them either ; but his Dealer Southern Honda in Chattanooga TN told him he could order them for him !

My Owners Manual Maintan Schedule calls for replacing the brake hoses every 4 yrs. , but they will last alot longer because i use automotive belt dressing on mine ; the type you use to spray on fan belts on cars and trucks it will penitrate through the braided aluminum wire and make the rubber underneath last longer !

You could try to find these braided lines from some of the big parts sites like www.hondaworldparts.com , you may have to search some of the sites that carry after market dressup parts ; like i stated in my vrevious reply i was surprized to see that my 06' AC 400 had them as standard equipment since it wasn't an LE model !

I know you can have braided brake lines custom made in every size and lenth , but they would cost more than AC or any brand name quad would cost ; i'm surprized that another forum member hasn't jumped in with info on where you could fine them !

If you don't find them i'll try to help , my AC Dealer is a very close freind of mine and gives me a big discount on all my parts even on brand name parts other than the ones she sell's , and she has done this for me eversince i ran my own shop for over 20 yrs. !

She has always sold parts for Honda , Suzuki , Kawasaki . Yamaha , Polaris and Arctic Cat in most cases as much as 50% less than the other Dealers would even when she had to special order the parts , that was the main reason i bought from her when i was looking to purchase a new quad in 2006 ; finding a good honest Dealer is a very big plus when purchasing anything new with a warrantee !

In the mean time i hope someone answers your post with some good place to find what you're looking for , i don't know of any other Manufacturer that have these braided brake hoses as standard equipment ; it was a big surprize to see them on the none LE model of my AC 400 !

Good luck finding them , and i hope they don't cost you an arm or leg when you do find them ; and sorry for the long reply and ride safe and have fun i'll check back later and tell you if i find a site that has them !......

Alex i checked out the site and the braided brake hose on the site looks like the ones on my Cat 400 , i tried to call my Dealer early this morning and only got her anwsering machine ; it was before 9:00 am so they might not have been open yet !

I was thinking they opened at 8:00 am , but Tammy has returned to the Nascar Bush Series Craftsman Truck Racing again ; and i don't keep up with her racing dates as much as i did 2 yrs ago so i don't know for sure if this was the case !

But i did check Arctic Cat's main website to checkout the brake hose's online , and i found out that these braided lines are stainless wire instead of aluminum like i stated in the previous reply !

However i couldn't find out the price on these lines on the main site , i do know that i can get them cheaper from Tammy than any of the other AC Dealer's in the Tri State Area because of our close relationship ; because i was a Factory Certified Tech for Honda , Suzuki , Kawasaki and Yamaha the last 4 years before retiring and closing shop in late Nov. 1997 !

I think the site you put the link to has their price's marked pretty close to what i could get the same one's myself , unless they over charge for Ship N' Handlin' Fee's ; but i would ask for the actual charges before placing an order and use a Major Credit Card just in case !......
