Default CHECK YOU BALL JOINTS !!!!!!!!!!!

You know, I'll never understand why companies insist in buying or sourcing parts from that cesspool country. They make crap, they know they make crap, & they don't care if they make crap cause some sucker will buy it for production cause its cheap.

Saw some boots in Walmart the other day, made where? You guess! $159.00 for boots that should have been $ 19.95. If its made in North AMerica, ok, I'll pay a bigger buck for it. I'd go barefoot before I'd buy Chinese boots or products.

So there, thats one Canucks opionion. Come one everyone, time to get tough and quit buying junk cause its cheap.

You may want to jack it up and check for play in the ball joints..Every one we checked (2006-2007) needed to be replaced..

Default CHECK YOU BALL JOINTS !!!!!!!!!!!

sorry...We are a group of riders who ride Polaris atv's..We are having problems only with 2006-2007--sportsman ball joints..We have approx. 30 riders with Polaris atv's and the only ones with ball joint problems are the new ones..I personally have a 99 Sportsman with 7800 miles and same ball joints..My brother has a 87 trail boss with original ball joints...Heck on the 07's they even elimated the grease fittings...Something is not right with the new ball joints..P.S. about half of our riders are over 60 so it is not from abuse...The rash is every 2006-2007 about 9 machines....
