Hey guys...I have a 500 outlaw totally stock....I ran yesterday with a hand held GPS and got a speed of 71 mph....Is this kinda accurate of what most 500 outlaw's stock will do....what speeds are you guys getting?

I've got an 07 predator. it will do 81. The easily noticable acceleration cuts out ato around 76 or so, and it will gain a few more mph if you hold on it for a shot time. The 500 outlaw has the same engine as the pred, but it may be a bit slower on top end due to the irs adding weight. not positive what the outlaw 500 weighs, but the pred is 405 dry.

 

81 with a stock pred? lol ok...

 

You've obviously never ridden a predator, with your chin on the handlbars, holding it wide open have you?

 

no but i have walked by my buddies time and time again, and my DS with stock gears and the stock cdi at 7900rpms cuts out at 79mph, and i BLOW past them.

 

I have a predator with a trail tech speedometer and i due 85 i have 22" tires and an hmf pipe and thats it. belive me it will do 81

the predator is not 405 lbs u Dumb*** its 415 lbs

 

how much low end power did the pipe give you?

 

when i installed mine it was a night and day difference hmf is the way to go
