Recon Winch Mounted buggy?

Seen this on Ebay. I know the weight limits on the racks are much lower than the weight of the ATV.
Besides loosing the front rack for storage isnt this and accident waiting to happen?

There are commercial winch mounts that put the winch higher and ahead of the bumper, which has some advantages in that it keeps the winch out of the gunk (I've had to run mine submerged), and also you can see how the cable is winding on the drum and if the cable stacks on one part of the drum you can see it and stop before damaging the winch.
This setup, though, I think is too high, and I wouldn't want to be seated on the machine if the cable were to snap...

The rack is only held to the bike at 4 points (at least it is on my Foreman) and it isnt very strong and not designed to be pulled on. I'd say if your really stuck you'd pull the rack clean off the bike.

Now I don't think the winch thing is a good idea on this ATV but let me tell ya, what I am really paying attention to is those tires....those tires are the ones I am buying for my Suzuki Ozark 250. They look awesome!! I like them a lot now.
