Fist of all is it the over flow drain hole or the bottom drain hole underneath the carb ?
If it is the flow drain, the floats in the bottom of the Carb could be the problem. If it's the drain hole at the bottom of the Carb then the screw as a rubber washer, it could need replacing ....
