won't start

I have a 98 big bear. two days ago i noticed fule running out of the carb drain hose. now it is a bear to start. i can't stop the fuel from coming out. what do i do?

Fist of all is it the over flow drain hole or the bottom drain hole underneath the carb ?
If it is the flow drain, the floats in the bottom of the Carb could be the problem. If it's the drain hole at the bottom of the Carb then the screw as a rubber washer, it could need replacing ....

Anywhee I can go online for a manual on the carb? With Picture/diagrams?
