chinese 110 atv wont run rite
#1
I've tried all of the suggestions posted about tuning these carbs. The carb has been cleaned inside and out. I cleaned it with water to get all the dirt off. Then soaked it in carb cleaner (30 min) that I bought at AutoZone. It was then rinsed and blown out with my air compresser. After setting the a/f mix screw at 2 turns out it wouldn't run without the chock. I went to 1 turn out to get it to run w/o the chock. At that setting it either stalls or runs rough when you stab the trottle. I triied turning the mix screw out to 1 1/2 but it stalled at that setting. Every other setting I triied either resulted in a no start or the same throttle responce that I got at 1 turn. After 20 to 30 minutes of playing with it I could no longer get it to start at any setting.
I'm sure that it's running too rich but don't know what I can do about it since the basic adjustments don't seem to help.
Your Help Would Be Appreciated

maybe its not the carb. i was having a similar problem with my chinese 110cc. by pure chance i broke the cheap spark plug that came with it.. after replacing it with a NGK C7HSA the problem went away.
hope this helps
