70 cc quad wont start
I bought it for my son it ran good for a while he shut it off and went to start it and the startor just sings so i took off the side of the engine were the stator is and the chain to the starter to this gear thing with teeth behind a pulley and it just turns the gear thing and startor but not the pulley what should i do to fix
