I am looking into buying a new Honda TRX450R.

Does anyone here currently have one? What do you think of it?

My other option is a Yamaha, at the moment I am undecided.

 

The 06-08 are all the same, so no sense in limiting yourself to 08's only....

For me, this quad (and the 450X dirt bike with similar engine) is the king of the big desert endurance races, like Baja and Vegas to Reno....you know, start it up and ride 1000 miles non-stop.

If you show up on anything else but the Honda's, you probably won't even finish the race, much less win! This machine can go the distance, and that's all I ever needed to know.
