Recently purchased a used KingQuad 700 with just under 300 miles on it. $4,200 and it came with warn winch, mudlite XL's and copperhead VDI. ATV has clutch kit for oversized ties but 25 inch are on the Atv. I removed the air filter and replaced with a Uni-filter. Is it normal for the unit Lid not to touch the air box. There seems to be a gap around and 1/8 inch or so. Called dealer and he said it should fit tight against the air box. I can tighten the wing nut and man is it tight but thers still a gap. Also called Lyle on VDI and i adjusted my TPS on the VDI. Much better power and low end. If anyone has info I would appreciate it.
