I have an outlaw 500 that wont start using the starter, it will start by pull starting it and then it runs fine after it warms up. I have swapped the CDI box, coil, and carb with another outlaw and it still will not start. The other outlaw will run fine with all those parts.

Is it possible that it is a low voltage problem? Seems like the only difference between starting with and without the starter would be the current draw? I know nothing about the outlaws, just throwing out an idea.
