yeh,but the sad part is that there was a 6 page artical on the mods that was done to the Raptor.if they only wrote about what they didnt change it would have only been about a paragraph.it just goes to show money talks.i mean when theres a bigger artical on the bike that LOST than on the bike that WON you know its all about who pays the most for the spotlight.

 

haha, exactly, mags didnt do such a great job on that one ..haa

 

Ha ha ha well maybe thier twist on the article was how not to win the baja , and spend a lot of money . It's obvious that these magazines bias has nothing to do with reality

 

They got to be feeling really stupid after all the braging they did on the Raptor before the race.Maybe next year,with all the $bucks$ Dirtwheels spends, they can strap a jet engine to the Raptor!LOL!!!!!!!!!

 

Maybe crow doesn't taste that good to the dirtwheels crew! Did they write what mods where done on the ds?

That, is an excellent point. Generally, people focus on the machine that WON, since, everyone in their right mind wants to be a WINNER not a LOSER. In this case, I'm sure that 6 page article had alot to do with the company who produced all of those aftermarket parts linning the pockets of dirtwheels with some green-tinted paper parts. Who knows, maybe they gave them enough green paper they could even start using it to make air filters! Wouldn't that be cool, a money element air filter?!?! "Just a few extra bucks is all you need to win the race!" Or, in the case of the Baja, a few extra bucks is all you needed to LOOSE the race.
