I know the Chinese bikes are clones to Jap bikes. Can anyone tell me which jap bike parts will fit a V bike 250 v4s. There are some parts like the gas tank which is steel and already broke, i would like to change to a plastic tank which all the jap bikes have.

not a chance...engine parts are close but the rest is just made to look like a Japanese copy. call raceway and see if they have something that might fit. RaceWayAtv is a sponsor here.
