I am lookinf to make a honda 500r trax and info would be of help or and problem u would run into while building this bike

motor install is not to bad, in 86-7 250r .
best pipe bilt is a FTZ perforance.
best motor mount,is a kit posabilly from c&c cycle 573 471 4002. kit stops about 95% of vib.
only draw back is pipe takes a lot of abouse it would have to be mounted just right.
cooling a stock motor is all the stock radiator can do, a biger one is availabile,
though c&c cycle.

we have won alot of races with these bikes

i would go straight for the kill and call a reputable frame shop: laegers ect.most will have kits for this

HI,

This is the easiest and safest way but , not the most inexpensive way . I own a laeger trx500r
rubber mounted frame with 85'cr500 it's a kick in the pants . if you are going to put cr500 motor into any thing make sure you rubber mount that sucker.
