Im having doubts whether my cooling fan is functioning. I havent seen it come on in a while ,probably the last few times ive rode it. Is there a way to know if its working properly or at all.

 

Disconnect the fan motor and test it by directly connecting a battery to the connector going to the fan. Green wire is ground. Also the temp sender can be disconnected and grounded to the engine to make the fan run.
