04 bear tracker revs high in neutral

04 bear tracker revs high in neutral
I had to do some carb work on my 04 yamaha bear tracker. Now it finally runs but when it goes into neutral the engine starts screaming. The idle screw doesn't make any difference. Any ideas? Thanks
