Hey easymac~
the only idea that I have for you is don't try doing donuts in the mud anymore! Especially with a 3 and a half wheel drive machine! About the headlight...my guess would be a wet connection. Try it later once it has had time to dry.

My Rancher was flipped over on its side by doing the same thing. I was in the parking lot (gravel) of our local riding area doing donuts trying to make the pack end slide around, well a after a few circles & too much throttle, up on its side & off I went. Nice watermelon sized bruise on my hip. A lesson was learned that day.

I know the feeling, I've had mine on two wheels (Dukes of Hazzard style) a few times. I normally go sailing off, pushing the quad back down on all fours. Donuts are a lot easier on a 4x2.

00' rancher4x2es, 1500lb winch w/ 50ft cable, Herculined rack, 26x12 mud runners on the rear.

DeadEye,

You Dukes of Hazard style jumps on your Rancher? If so I am impressed. I have a mental block about jumping a 500+ pound machine!!!!! It not the flight time thats scary, its those landings.

I jump mine, landing is smooth. mind you I usually dont go more than 4 ft of air. also its snow out so landings are cushioned by that. when all is said and done im a pure nut on my 4x4
