Will a 25x8x12 tire fit on a stock rear rim of a 500 Foreman?

Foreman's have stock 12" diameter wheels (which relates to the last number in the tire size listed above, so they will fit. Granted it will look funny as it will be 2" narrower then stock, but if it gets you out of a jam go for it.

yeah why go thinner?

 

I want to run the thinnest tires possible on my stock rims because it'll keep me a ton cleaner when duck hunting in rice/bean fields. Also, thin tires dig straight thru soft mud to a hard bottom which eliminates tire spinning. I want thin tires but I don't want to have to buy new rims too.
