Rhino exhaust turning red

Bought a brand new Rhino, Went riding at night and the exhaust turned very red and hot. Has anyone ever had this problem?

660 or 700? I don't know much about the 700, but I know the 660 is prone to glowing headers. Never seemed to hurt anything, but always made me a lil uneasy. If it bothers you as much as it did me, jet up 2 sizes.

It is a 450. I have never seen any of my atvs do like this. It made me a little uneasy. Right where it comes out of the head it was very red

Its red because that's raw fire from the cylinder, and the header pipe is thin enough for you to see it.

anyone remember the pontiac fieros? the V6 model used to do that. the headers were cherry red at night. very strange looking at night but it was neat too.
