Default atc 70 air/fuel

could someone tell me where the screw that adjusts the fuel/air ratio is supposed to be set on an '84 70? my book tells me about the idling screw and thats good, but doesn't even mention the ratio screw.

It says to screw the pilot jet in all the way then back it out 1.5 turns, start the engine and get it to running temps then turn the air screw in until the engine stalls. Then back the air screw out 1 full turn and re-adjust the idle setting as needed.
