Learn to live with it or get new plastic. Plastic renew can work but it takes a LOT of prep work. Plus, you have to frequently renew the plastic renew to keep it looking good.

I have plastic polish somewhere around here that I can't find right now. If I figure out WTH I did with it I'll post the name for you. I'm almost certain I got it from Shadetree. It comes in 4 different levels of abrasivenes. 1 is really just a cleaner/polish with no grit and 2 is the coarsest I ever used. You may need to get all 4 kinds and work your way down from 4 - 1. It will take hours to buff all that out if it can even be done.
Careful use of a heat gun may help disguise it too. I've done that on other plastic and the heat melts it enough to get the "whiteness" off the raw edges. If that didn't work I would just learn to live with it.

too much work to smooth all that out
but youd start with a rougher grip sand paper... you can use a dremel , or a nice big rotary buffer / sander with the right papers.
Start gritty, end up very fine, than polish it, and armor all it, might look as good as new.
but as soon as you go out on the trails, its going to get scratchy again
Do what we all do
start modding it and cover it in stickers
!!
