Default 91 Trail Boss 4x4 250 help

I needed a new engine mount spacer and bracket for my 91 Trail Boss 4x4 250 its the mount and spacer from the front of the engine. After fitting it when i use the pull start it makes a rubbing noise from where the drive belt is and is cutting into the plastic casing? I am not sure if i have the bracket and spacer on the right way.

Does anyone know how this should go on? if the engine spacer should be on the top or bottom of the bracket. and if the brcket should be on with the grooves facing inwards or outwards.

Thanks
