Try pulling choke lever out a little at full throttle, see if helps. If does then possible main jet clog

If it isnt the main jet check the diaphram for a crack

Checked for water in fuel system/carb? Water settles on bottom of carb and tank(just a thought) Running stock air box and filter? Pulled carb down, checked internals? Tank/carb vent lines clear, not pinched? Does it feel like bogging down or limiting(surging)?

Its definitly bogging down. If I release the throttle when the bogging starts and I hit the throttle again it reaches full throttle no problem. I have a K&N airfilter. I havent pulled down the carb yet, I wanted to make sure that was the problem before doing so.

If K&.N clean and oiled properly and still bogging,I'd check carb for contamination. Could just need cleaning or water might be present,FIRST drain carb line, if water present, will BEAD up on floor along with gas.
