My Outlaw recently started making a rattling noise when running at a steady rpm or decelerating. Under throttle and at idle it sounds great. I pulled the valve cover and found what I think is the decompression mechanism to be quite loose and I can move it in every direction. It is quite loud even moving it by hand. Has anybody else had this problem? What do I need to do to fix it, does it require whole new cam or can I replace it individually?
