I'm thinking about cutting my plastic , removing racks, buying aftermarket bumpers for the new 250ex and put them on my recon . (AC bumpers) them i'm going to try to make mine a true 250 maby closer to a 275 if posible. I'll have to sleeve it. I'll then wait for a cam. Milling/ porting and polishing is coming this spring. I'm thinking about 300exs front works shocks and maby a rear one. To lighten the front i'm thinking about puting the 250exs front disk brakes on it. Any comments? Lots of poeple just say go buy a 300ex but I enjoy my recon and just feel like making it a little better. When I get a job this summer i'm going to save for something else and keep my recon for a messing around toy.
