"rocking horse manure"???????
For starters I would search Ebay.
I came very close to buying a new Diesel years ago when they first came out. However by the time I decided to, the Dealer trashed-it using it around the yard towing stuff. With the worn tires, dinged rims, and super-scratched fenders, there was NO WAY it was worth the price of a new one.
Living in the North East the big drawback for that Diesel was no glow plugs or engine block heater offered. Also, I can't remember if EBS was offered in that year.
Still, it was a neat concept imo.
I think Artic Cat currently offers a Diesel ATV.
Good luck with your search!

Arctic Cat does have a Diesel, and it works great for most applications. Dont expect it to be a dune racer tho.
We use one all the time for work stuff, and you can burn about seven types of fuel in it from bio diesel to jp8.

I tried a search on EBAY for you, as I earlier recomended, and came-up empty handed.
Have you tried calling a Polaris Dealer?? Maybe they have one collecting dust on the shelf. I'm quite sure you could get one dirt cheap.

Thanks guys, I rigged up a fuel line with filter, bled it through cranked it .....nothing turned over ok and it sounded like a car with a broken cam belt so of came the rocker cover to reveal a broken bolt which holds down the rocker shaft part of which was still in the head, out came the drill to drill a hole in the broken bolt i started to drill and the bolt went down into the head even further, rats i thought but hang on it might have gone down on the thread in the head or it might very well be stripped,so ever optomistic i reground the drill so it would dig in when the drill is reversed it worked and screwed the broken part of the bolt out replaced bolt, set tappets and then I turned it over have now got compression but not enough to fire it up.A sniff of easy start and I have a runner, not too smokey or noisy but it looks like a strip down.
