Default Honda Mechanic Swingarm Question

I replaced my rear yoke, and I was putting my swingarm back into place. I noticed a about 1/4 gap between the swing arm and the frame (1/8" on each side). Is this normal? My problem is, how do I make sure the swingarm is centered? I don't want one rear tire sticking our further than the other back tire. What is the proper procedure for installing the swingarm bolts.? I have the Honda manual, but it doesn't help much.

No 2 have the same gap.. You install the solid pivot bolt first and torque it , then the adjustable pivot bolt and torque it and then the lock nut .. We've changed a few frames over the years that were spread and at least 1 that wouldn't stay tight ..
