carburetor throttle valve
#1
There is a pin that goes on the inside of the carburetor that sits in place to make sure the throttle body goes up and down on a straight path. What is this pin called? Where can i get a replacement and how much do they cost?

I think what you're referring to is the "needle". A cv carb doesn't have a throttle body but the "needle" does go up and down within the "slide". You can get a new one from your local dealer. Is it a stock carb and what kind of bike and year are you talking about?

no its not the needle. The needle sits inside the throttle body. I have a yamaha banshee. but what im looking for should be some kind of pin, i pulled it out yesterday and it was in bad shape
