Default Hard shifting after EBC clutch kit

I have a 2002 4x4 350 manual shift rancher and was having some clutch issues. I installed an ebc clutch kit which had all new plates and springs. I also installed a new one way clutch on the centrifugal clutch. I put it all back together and started it up. The weird sound that was there before was gone but now it is really hard to shift. I had set the clutch adjustment to the factory setting. When it shifted it sounded fine and smooth, it is just that it took all my foot could do to shift it. I backed out the clutch adjustment another half turn and it is now better but still rather stiff. Is this normal with an ebc clutch kit? Will it get easier to shift after it breaks in some? Is it because of the stiffer springs or is there a problem?

The rear inner clutch disc teeth are not lined up with the inner pressure plate drum. See this often when people use an impact to tighten the clutch nut. Slips the inner clutch face out of place

I used a torque wrench to slowly tighten it to 80 ft-lbs. I only used an impact to remove the nut after i cut out the staked part. So you think i need to pull it apart again? Will it do any damage if i use it some this week? Will i have to pull the clutch completely or can i just pull the springs off and align the disc then? I really hate pulling the clutches off.

Sorry, wasn't implying you had used an impact. Sometimes I reference things...
You might get lucky and it will slip into place on it's own.
