Does anyone know if 2005 sportsman 700 shocks will fit a 1999 sportsman 500?


I picked up a used 1999 sportsman 500 and the shock bushing are dry rotted and the shocks have a lot of slop in them. I could get some shocks of ebay, but can't get any of the other sportsman shock numbers to cross reference with the 99 (7041770)

any help guys would be greatful.

that shock number was used in 99' to 01' 400 and 500's when you cross refence it. w/out messuring i wouldnt buy it as it might not fit.
