Schedule I looked at their website and it seems like there are no more races this year. It also looks like there were not any West Coast races either. It all looked east of the Mississippi.

There are no good GNCC style races out west. I live in Colorado, the Rocky Mountains are a mecca for trails. There is not one ATV race here. Unless you ride track.

I hear ya, that's exactly how Colorado is. A lot of the tracks hear don't even allow ATVs.

Here ya go. WORCS is a combo of MC and XC. A great off-road series.
Races in CA, AZ, WA, and NV
The schedule is up for next year, click on the 2009 Season.
It starts in January.
This is a top notch series that is a blast.
Any questions, let me know.......

The closest race for me is nearly 10 hours away.

Your in Northern California and the nearest in nearly 10 hours away????
Milford isn't that far.
Rounds 2, which is listed as TBA, will probably be pretty close (relatively speaking).

You are about in the right spot.....Wish we were in your area, that would make everything way closer for us.
We travel 18-24 hours for all the races, with Phoenix the longest. Except the two in Washington, they are both less than and hour

WORCS is fun racing. Tracks are 4-5 miles in length, MX and offroad. Races are 40-50 minutes long. You'd have a blast.

You should at least give one of the closer races a try, you'd have fun.
Fridays are for practice, but you only get to ride the MX track.
Most races are Saturday, with only a couple on Sunday, including the PRO race at 12:00.

So I'm a mess. I was thinking of Redriders response, saying he lived on NorCal.
Guess I better learn to read............LOL..........
