Default 04 Foreman backfiring/stalling

Hello, i have an 04 Foreman ES and it has been backfiring on decel. Also it seems to cut out/sputter from 3/4 to full throttle. Rest of throttle range seems fine. I have taken and cleaned the carb 3 different times. I have adjusted the valves several times. I checked the plug and it seems lighter than it should be which makes me think too lean. I have tried raising needle and no help. Any suggestions? Thanks

Leak in the air intake or air filter, giving you to much air and making you lean?

Take the air filter off, and put your hand over the opening. With the kill switch on, crank it a couple times and you should feel the vacume against your hand. It should hold for a while, if you don't have a leak.
