hi im new to this site but am familiar wih the forums my lil nephew has one of these kazuma falcon 110 and i am trying to figure out why it wont start i have checked for spark and i am getting it but it dosent look like alot maybe cuz its a 4 stroke i dunno i have clean the carb jets ect. i am getting fuel to the carb it wants to start but just wont i am at my end witsthe kid loves this quad and want to make it run again for him i have also tried to pop mstart it and still nothin too off the air filter nothin stillif ne one could help it would be great thanks

did you change the shipping oil and have you tried to jump start it with your vehicle. had same problem and fixed with both ideas. original oil is bad for motor and new motor needs to spin faster till compression builds up. hope this helps.

 

How many hours on this machine? Have you ever adjusted the valves? This needs tobe done periodically, and hard starting and/or no starting when cold is the classic symptom.

 

I agree. I've had a Panda 110 for about 4 years and it just wouldn't start anymore. New battery, plug and even carb, but still the same problem. I backed out both valves about one turn and it fired RIGHT up. I'm not a mechanic, but am mechanically inclined. Really wasn't bad at all. I was so frustrated, that it was looking like the scrap heap for it!! I would also check out 2manytoys HOW TO article on the carb adjustment. Very helpful...
