Recon valve specs?

I have a 98 Recon for the wife and the valves are sounding a little noisey.Does anyone have the specs on the intake and exaust valve settings?Thank You,

valve clearance:IN/EX: 0.13mm (0.005in)
inspect and adjust valve clearance while the engine is cold (below 35 C 95 F)
