What can i do to stop my brakes from squeeling?I bought this quad new and after the first few months the front right brake started now the rear is squeeling.
It's only heard when coasting to a stop or rolling the quad around by hand.My friends 400 ex doesn't do it and the brakes are the same and we ride in the same places.
What did i do to cause this.Well one contributig factor may be that 95% of my riding is done in sand pitts.I'm pretty sure sand is not the best surface for brake pads.
Could landing wrong(not crashing) from a jump cause the rotor to warp? The rotors aren't grooved and the pads still have lots of surface left. This is the only problem i've had with the 300 and its getting really annoying.

You might want to check if bearings are in good shape too!

mine does it if you push it very very slow.it might just be the brakes rubbing alittle.my old cr did the same thing.maybe try spraying them down with brake cleaner?
