its most likely got low compression. how much time have you put on it? stock pistons i assume? id do a compression check, being ignorant to start can be low compression or maybe it might be running lean due to cold weather

well doing a compression check is easier then messing with your carbs, but you can do a plug chop to see how its running, to do so you want to warm your bike up on old plugs then switch to new plugs and run full throttle to 6th gear then pull clutch in and hit kill switch then pull plugs and see what they look like, to be exact you want a 2mm brown smoke ring on the bottom of the white part(porcelin) on the plug, you actually have to cut the side of your plug to be able to see this ring because its on the bottom, but if you dont see a brown ring then its prolly too lean and if its got alot of brown around it then its too rich heres an example Name: Plugs2.jpg
