I knew that my raptor was running a bit rich so taday I rejetted it with
25 pilots
150 155 mains
and air screws at 2.5 and 3 turns out
and wow does it RIP! I am running the yoshimura titanium full race exhaust and removed snorkel and airbox lid with 6 1" holes with uni vents. I thought it ran good before being rich but that was NOTHING compared to now! had a blast today climbing hills!

I hope you used a new plug when you jetted It, and not reading the old rich running plug. Check it again for a few days. Theyll run like he|| right before meltdown so be careful. And If you got it dead on then congratulations!

I jetted my raptor with 150 155 mains and didn't do any thing to the 'screws' and removed the snorkel. It ran awesome ,big time difference-climbing some long steep hills in 3rd --no problem!!! I wanna check the plug again just to make sure how it's running cause it was running like a raving lunatic he he. I ordered larger jets(160,165,170) cause I wanna remove the air box lid. Can't wait....

down low is where it made a huge difference, it pulls HARD! I was climbing and making my own hills over black hills (the first place we went) I'll let ya take it for a ride and see what you think. I can't wait for this saturday, hope it's warm!

I am still a little too lean myself. Went riding yesterday it was 40 degrees outside. I have big gun headpipe with wbros slip on and wbros air filter. My air box has 4 one inch vents and the baffle removed. I have 27.5 pilots with 160/165 mains. The bike runs good but after checking the plug it was still like new (no carbon) so looks like I will have to step up to 165/170 on the mains. Anyone have any feed back?

thanks alot,
mike
