I'm having a problem with my stick coil. My ohms reading at the two pins where you connect the two wires is 0.6. And if I look in my book it the reading should be between .85 to 1.14 ohms. Now I ordered one from Bomb brand new in the box and the reading is 0.6. But according to the book it should read .85 to 1.14 ohms. I returned the part and ordered another one from another dealer and the same thing happen. I asked a friend of mine to try it on his snowmobile to compare with his. And sure enough it does not work. He took the reading on his and it says 1.04 ohms. He looks at the part number and they are the same with the difference of one number at the end. Could it be a manufacture problem? Does anyone has the same problem?
