Warrior vs. 300ex
#2
I have owned both and at the same time, so a comparison is easy!
The 300EX is the all time best tight trail quad. Being a little smaller than average, it fits between the trees that much easier. Good handling, descent suspension, solid and reliable, with basic maintenance it will run forever. I use to bust out some pretty big air on this little machine.
I don't really like the Warrior much! Worst quad I ever owned actually. They aren't that heavy, but they handle heavy....maybe clunky is a better word. They are mechanically reliable, but the frame is old school, and that makes the handling old school as well. Rode a Raptor 350 the other day, and it isn't any better than the old Warrior was. Let this outdated dinosaur die a natural death.....

I'll second that.Though I like the 250x better than the 300ex though. The raptor 350 which is my friends backup so I ride that,is an ok quad but felt under powered and did have heavy handling, and a raptor 350/warrior is very bullet proof though.

i will try to tell my stubborn friend that the bigger quad is not the better choice (in my opinion thats also the case with the Raptor 700 vs other 450s, but thats my opinion)
