where in the world, or internet, can i find an above stock sized pilot jet for my 01 foreman 450? i have the standard size currently and its backed out so far that i can see one of the 2 o-rings.

i have a snorkel kit and uni filter on. the only way i do not run too lean around idol, up until it got uber cold, was to lower my pilot. now im out of adjustment and i need a larger size, can anyone tell me where i can buy a larger pilot for my mechine?

ps, im pretty sure a jet kit, like a dino-jet, wont have a larger pilot in it. atleast not a kit for my mechine...

Try calling dynojet and ask if they have larger pilot jet in their kit. Mine came with larger jets for the pilot and main, as well as needle, etc. I would think your dealer would carry one, too, like reconranger said. Mine only charges like $3 for a jet. Definitely the cheaper way to go if that's all you need. I can't imagine not finding one as jets are not vehicle specific. They are pretty much universal.

 

i emailed dynojet, their kit for the foreman only comes with mains... my good old honda mech only has the stock size pilot, and the closest dealer is 2 hours plus away. anywhere on the net i could find one?
