I'm going riding with a few buddies this weekend. One of my friends is borrowing a 92' 300 4x4. It has never been serviced!!!! And it still cranks on the first turn every time!! Any way, we're going to see if we can clean it up a little before we ride. So I need some specific numbers from someone with a service manual. I need to know the capacities of oil (for an oil change); capacities for gear oil (front and rear differential). Can anybody help me out?

Also any suggestions on wieght of motor and gear oil would be helpful. Thanks---Deadeye!!!

00' Rancher 4x2es, 1500lb winch w/ 50ft cable, herculined rack, 26x12 mud runners on the rear

I believe the oil fill amount is 2.6 quarts (with filter). The recommended oil (depending on temperature) should be 10-30 or 10-40. Either will work fine!
The differentials you just fill to the level of the fill hole. I use 80-90 gear lube in the summer and 70w in the winter.
